Bird Flu

This is not a particularly pleasant line of thinking, nor is it predictive. If there was some kind of pandemic flu event, it would probably strike hardest among the most infirm of the population, the elderly and sick. This could result in some easing of financial pressure in the social security and Medicare systems.
